No External IP on Mac

Hello,

Mac OSX Sequoia 15.2

MacMini M2 32GB memory

NoMachine 8.14.2

Ubiquiti DreamMachiine Pro UniFi OS 4.1.13, UPnP is enabled and port mapping is done

I have followed this article https://kb.nomachine.com/AR04S01122

I edited the server.cfg file with the external IP, terminal still shows the IP missing.

I have restarted the computer after making changes but it’s still not pulling the external IP address.
