    Hello,

Since the beginning this week, I not able to connect to our server, NoMachine just hangs(does not respond, need to kill it) and uses 100% of one CPU time.

NoMachine version: 5.1.54 (latest version), Linux RHEL 7.2

See attach log files for details.

Logs didn’t attach, probably because they were too big. Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

Just to clarify, are you connecting from this Red Hat client? When you say it doesn’t respond, do you mean the GUI opens when you start the connection, but doesn’t continue? Can you submit a screenshot of what you see when it ‘hangs’.

Or do you mean that when you try to connect, the connection just hangs?  What is using 100 CPU? The connecting client or the remote host to which you are connecting?

The IT department found the issue, something to do with the server.

    Thanks.

Hi. We’ve checked your logs and used them to emulate the same environment without reproducing an issue like that. Even if the problem is on the server we’ll need more information, but since they may be sensitive we’ll contact you by e-mail.

By the way, in your logs it shows you’re connecting to a fully licensed server. Remember that you’re entitled to support via your customer area. Perhaps you should get your administrator to open a support ticket. This would also avoid sensitive information being published on the forum.
