    Concerning multiple topics ( including the current latest version of NoMachine 7.1.3 )
    e.g: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/nomachine-issue-with-ubuntu-18-04

    Whoever is installing either on a hypervisor or in a different configuration,
    I would suggest you to edit as root this file : /etc/gdm3/custom.conf

    and add the following lines:

    WaylandEnable=false

    # Enabling automatic login
        AutomaticLoginEnable=true
        AutomaticLogin=$USERNAME

    USERNAME : just enter your username (do not leave it default ) 🙂

    This is a common issue on almost any remote virtual displays.

    We weren’t able to reproduce the problem. Can you please tell us more about the issue? What error does it show? Are there nx processes after reboot (ps aux|grep nx)? Are connections possible after manual nxserver start (sudo /usr/NX/bin/nxserver --startup)?
