NoMachine service is not available

Hi,

I was using Nx 3.5 so far and all is now. Now I installed NX 4 and trying to connect via Nx 4 client as well.

Using ssh and I see this message – The NoMachine service is not available or the access was disabled on host

 

Any help here please
