Hello,
Version 7.1.1 was installed, where everything worked, quietly connected via a real IP via a NAT with a certain port. Dor version 8.8.1 was updated and everything broke. Only the local address is shown in the server status. Whatever I do with the program, the real IP address does not appear in the list. I have not changed any settings on my home router. When restarting the server for a moment, another line from the IP is inserted and comes out. Help solve the problem. Windows 11. Thank you

We’re not sure what you mean with “real IP”, maybe you mean the “external IP” (but it would be more clear if you can provide an example). If that is the case, very likely the different behaviour of version 8 is because we disabled UPnP by default, so the external port is not mapped on the router. So you should enable it again in the ‘Server settings -> Ports’ panel.
