Nxserver is always disabled on SLES12

I installed nxserver on SLES12 with tar.gz file.

When run /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –start,  no error log

Then run /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –status, it is always disable.

[ctuser@oc79 ctuser]# /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –start

NX> 111 New connections to NoMachine server are enabled.

[ctuser@oc79 ctuser]# /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –status

NX> 111 NoMachine server has been shut down.

NX> 162 Disabled service: nxserver.

NX> 162 Disabled service: nxnode.

NX> 162 Disabled service: nxd.

any configuration is not right?

We are not able to reproduce the problem in our laboratory. Could you
give us more info please.

Send output from commands:

1) /etc/NX/nxserver --version

2) ps aux | grep nx

3) sudo /etc/NX/nxserver --startup

and also set of logs in the way like it’s described:
