OSX – Unable to connect to client in sleep

Hi all

I’m currently testing a NoMachine solution to be deployed, I have everything configured but i am unable to connect to any mac that’s sleeping via the web player,  if I give it a kick with [removed] and cancel before I log on this wakes the device and I then can log on,

Has anyone experienced this before?

Any help or advice would be amazing!

We’re not able to reproduce this.

Are you referring to disk sleep or display sleep? What’s the macOS version? Can you submit a screenshot of your system’s sleep settings? If you connect using the traditional player, what happens?

Edit: update to the latest version and let us know if it is still occurring.
