Poor download speed from server vs SFTP?

    Hi, i wonder if this is normal. I’m getting -300 KB/S to download a file through NoMachine -> “Download file from the server” feature.  While downloading the same file via SFTP i get 11 MB /s (MEGABYTES not bits).

    Is this some software limitation or a setting i can tweak? Thanks.

    To increase the download speed you can navigate to NoMachine main menu inside the session (Ctrl+Alt+0) -> “Display” -> “Change settings” and move the slide in the “Quality” section to maximum.
