    Hi,
I am using NoMachine 4.1 as server (CentOS6) and client (Windows7). Is it possible to start applications in seamless mode with the NoMachine client 4.1? Because I couldn’t find any settings for that.

    Many thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the link.

Until Step 2, everything is working like described. After authentication I am getting immediately the remote desktop displayed, without any option to choose, like in Step 3 described or in Fig. 6 shown.

Do I have to set some settings on the server side?

    Many thanks in advance!

Have you installed the Workstation? The free NoMachine for Linux does not provide the virtual desktop functionality.

    Workstation?

My server: CentOS 6.5 with NoMachine for Linux RPM x86_64 downloaded from https://www.nomachine.com/download/linux&id=1

    /usr/NX/bin/nxserver –version
    NoMachine – Version 4.1.29

    /etc/init.d/nxserver status
    NX> 161 Enabled service: nxserver.
    NX> 161 Enabled service: nxnode.
    NX> 161 Enabled service: nxd.
My client: Windows 7 with NoMachine for Windows downloaded from https://www.nomachine.com/download/download&id=8

The connection is working and Iam able to see the hole desktop of the server (remote). But Iam trying to forwarding only a application of the server to the client. With which version is this function working and how much would it cost?

You might find this useful: https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00702 which explains the difference between the free to download NoMachine and the Workstation packages for Linux. More about the Workstation is also here: https://www.nomachine.com/product&p=NoMachine%20Workstation
