Shared disks do not mount, both local and remote

When I connect remote/local disk, the connection status icon just keeps on circulating, and the mount never establishes.

Server: Virtual Desktop on NoMachine Workstation Subscription 5.0.47 on Debian 8.2

I’m connecting from Mac OSX 10.10.5 using NoMachine Enterprise Client 5.0.47

Hi,

I found more information on this problem:

I replaced my local Enterprise Client with NoMachine Mac, but the problem stays the same.

Another user was able to mount his disk to the same Workstation server without any problem. He’s using the NoMachine Windows version.

I’m out of idea what to try next. Could anyone please give some suggestion where the problem may be?

We received and looked at the logs you sent, however these logs are from a session which isn’t affected by the problem. You also wrote that problem does not occur in new virtual sessions. If you encounter this problem again, please follow instructions that we sent to you. After this contact us and send logs from problematic session. Thanks.
