Hi all,
I’ve deployed NoMachine quite a few times with no issues, however I’m starting to run into this when connecting to this new facility. I’m connected via IPSEC VPN, verified I have access to this subnet and can ping the intended workstation, however I can’t seem to get a connection.
Client – Windows 10 Pro, NX Version 7.9.2
Host – OS 10.14.6 Mojave, NX Version 7.9.2.1
Do you folks see anything that stands out as an issue? I appreciate the feedback.
Thanks!

April 27, 2022 at 12:51 #38437BritgirlKeymasterAre the IP address and port number correct? The message indicates that the IP address is not available from your network. Could it be that IPSEC VPN is blocking NoMachine? Can you try disabling VPN as a test to verify if problem is in the VPN configuration?
April 27, 2022 at 22:32 #38447jebsParticipantIP addresses and port numbers are correct, port numbers never changed from standard and IP address was both confirmed / pinged to ensure communication. The VPN gives us access to specific subnets, bypassing any port forwarding rules and acting as if it’s on the local network. It’s the same configuration I’ve done before, albeit with PCs and SSL VPN before I realized how bad the performance hit can be with that method.
I’m looking into adding another system to that network to test with and will respond with whatever I find at that time.
