There is no file transfer option – Mac connected to Windows

I am connecting from my Mac to a remote Windows running NoMachine server.   I cannot determine how to send a file from Windows to my Mac.   There is already a discussion on this topic:

There is no file transfer option – Mac connected to Windows

but it doesn’t provide any explicit solution.  Suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi pjg,

The menu for file transfer is on the server, not on the client, so it has to be opened on the Windows machine.
