Ubuntu 14.04 not installing correctly

Hello,

I’ve tried to install NoMachine on my computers and have run into a problem with installing it on my Ubuntu system.

After I’ve installed the deb nothing seems to come up. There are no new icons, doing a search for NoMachine does not bring anything up. It’s not in my recently installed section. If I click on the deb to try and install it again, it simply gives me the option to reinstall, no option to uninstall or anything else.

Any ideas?

I was able to get it installed with a fresh install of Ubuntu, there must have been some kind of conflict. Thanks!

Now I’m getting connection issues after being connected for a couple of minutes…error 108.
