Currently running Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon desktop, but this problem existed in 21 and 20.3 as well.

Running V7.10.1 on Linux machine, whatever the latest is on Google Play as I reinstalled today on Pixel 3 phone and Fire HD 10 tablet.

    Running free version.

Note: I did get a prompt that there was a newer desktop version, so I selected “Upgrade”, but have not rebooted yet and the version still shows 7.10.1. I will update this if rebooting makes any difference.

I also have NoMachine running on a RPi 4 with a wired network connection.

From my Linux desktop I can see and control the RPi machine via NoMachine ok.

From my Pixel phone I can see and control my Linux desktop machine via NoMachine ok.

From my Fire HD 10 Tablet (Android) I can see and control my Linux desktop machine via NoMachine ok.

But I cannot see either the phone or the tablet from my Linux desktop or from the RPi 4.

The phone and tablet are of course connected via wireless but they can see the other machines on the LAN.

    All help appreciated 🙂

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    thank you for your topic.

At the moment, we don’t have a server for either Android or iOS devices, they can be only installed as clients on devices you want to connect from.
