Unable to connect via internet

Hi

I have the NX4 installed in the Ubuntu server and the Ubuntu desktop. I am OK to connect from the Desktop to the Ubuntu server when both in the same network. but error code 111. The router is D-link DSL-2750B , Port forwarding set , Port triggering set. First file is protocol code NX , second time is SSH .

I have a static ip from the ISP also I set the Computer which installed the NoMachine with the static IP too.

Port 20084 on your local router was configured automatically by NoMachine or you did it by hand?
