As far as i know, when NoMachine starts a virtual desktop session, it uses its own xserver to start it. How can i access that xserver logs? I need to check which display modules xserver uses.

Our own xserver has those logs disabled. NoMachine does not load any display module because it works as a virtual frame buffer.

so if there’s a GPU on the system, does it render all GUI to the GPU?

No unless you enable VirtualGL. Check this article to know how to do that:

With VirtualGL the rendering is done using the GPU. You will need a product from the Terminal Server Family to use VirtualGL.
