    Ever since updating to 6.11.2 for Windows I’m just getting a white screen when connection from the Windows client. I was using the workaround mentioned previously in the forum (disable client-side hardware decoding)  but it is no longer working. I had to downgrade to make it work. Anyone else have the same issue? Is this a known issue? Will it be fixed soon in a new version?

    I downgraded 2 versions down which works. Is this not a known issue in 11.2?

    Hi,

    there is one known issue in version 6.11.2 that can cause a white screen:

    But to confirm whether it is the same issue or a different unknown one, we would need to see the logs.
