    Upon starting up my computer this morning, I was greeted with a message that the nomachine executable in ProgramFiles x86 was not a 64 bit program. Upon closing the messagebox, I saw that the server had not automatically started.

    Event log contains an event with ID 1109;

    The program or feature “\??\C:\Program Files (x86)\NoMachine\bin\nxkb.exe” cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

    Starting NoMachine manually started the server.

    Looks like similar issue https://superuser.com/questions/1502136/32bit-applications-in-windows-10-dont-start-anymore

    Can you try these commands in terminal:

    chkdsk
    sfc /scannow
