Windows 10 to MacOS Catalina: Failed to connect the device iPhone

Hi,

I’ve searched the forum and this was the closest problem similar to mine: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/failed-to-connect-the-device-iphone-2

However, there was no conclusion. I am using Windows 10 and I am connected with MacOS Catalina 10. I need to use xCode and there have my iPhone connected via USB. When connecting, it says, that it failed to connect. I have also tried some other devices such as an Android phone and a USB stick, but the same error occurred for those.

Any idea how to proceed?

Hi,

Once you are connected to the remote macOS do you see there both local and remote USB devices?

Also, did you have checked this article about allowing NoMachine’s USB devices forwarding drivers to be loaded on macOS? https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/AR01P00962

Hi, I’ve managed to fix it. All I did was to keep retrying and some time it worked.
