    Hi,

I normally have my Windows 11 display set to 125% scale (otherwise I can’t read any text).

Unfortunately when I use NoMachine to remote into my Ubuntu 22.04 box, everything is blurry no matter what I do (resize to remote, scale to window, or full screen).  Both machines are 1920×1080.

If I set the scale 100% in Windows, NoMachine is nice and crisp but now I can’t read anything in windows.

I believe I saw some older posts with similar issues.  Has a solution been found.  And if not, can I vote to get it added?

NoMachine is my go to now for remote desktop.

    Thanks

    Hi netmind,

    try the following:

    – Right-click the NoMachine User Interface (NoMachine app) shortcut on your desktop and select Properties
    – Select the Compatibility tab
    – Click “Change high DPI settings”
    – Check the box “Override high DPI scaling behavior”
    – Select “Application” from the combo under “Scaling performed by”

Please disregard last response.  I figured it out – the Windows shortcut to NoMachine app.  I was trying to right click on the app within the start menu (doesn’t work), you have to create an actual shortcut – lol.

This seemed to fix the blurry problem.

    Thanks.

I updated my reply to make clear what/where you are supposed to click. Let us know if you have any other questions 🙂
