    Hi, Just tried to install NoMachine 4.6.4_5.exe free on a Windows xp sp3 32 bits

    It got stuck on the final step of the setup “checking…” no cpu, no disk, no mem usage, just waiting.

    My pc is on domain active directory.

    I attach images files an log file to more details.

    Hi lexcorp

    Could you use this debug installation package to reproduce the problem:

    (sent link privately)

    Then pack the log dir:

    Documents and Settings/All Users/NoMachine/var/log

    and send the dir and a installation log file (Setup…) to:

    forum[at]nomachine[dot]com

    Thank you for the logs. Unfortunately the log dir
    which you sent doesn’t contain logs from installation.
    Logs have timestamps day after an installation. Could
    you reproduce the problem again and gather log dir
    right after installation (~10 min. after the freez)?
    Please send also Setup-Log… like previous.

    I send log and setup files…

    Start the installation at 12:19 am, wait for a period of two hours and the install window never finished, only shows “Please wait while NoMachine checks your computer configuration…”

    Thank you for your cooperation. We prepared another debug package.

    Could you reproduce again the problem and send us logs like in the previous case?

    If it isn’t problem for you, could you download Process Explorer:
    https://technet.microsoft.com/pl-pl/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
    When the installation freezes again in Process Explorer check ‘nxserver’ processes:

    1. Click the right mouse button.
    2. Choose ‘Properties’.
    3. Choose ‘Threads’.
    4. Maximize the window and do screenshot.

    Please send the screenshots together with logs.
