Server (enterprise-server-5.3.12) and all nodes (Load balancing) are running with CentOS6.9 x86_64 architecture. Client machines are running with Windows 7/10.

This is NoMachine forum and I expected more help from you on this.

./nxserver –history command is not enough to find the root cause. I want to check in detail all log how session was disconnected.

had to terminate that session and create new session.

Hi Britgirl,

it’s 5.3.12.

[root@svr-nmt04 ~]# rpm -qa |grep -i nomachine nomachine-terminal-server-node-5.3.12-10.x86_64

Only one user is facing this issue but other more than 300 users are not facing.
