    Hello,

    I have sent my logs last Thursday to you by email, as requested, but haven’t heard back from you on the issue.

    Could someone help me?

    I still haven’t been able to fix the problem.

    Hello,

    I have followed the instructions on the link you gave me to collect both the play and server side logs but it’s giving me the following error message when running the command line for the first step:

    NX> 500 ERROR: Cannot enable debug mode for: server.

    NX> 500 ERROR: Cannot open file /Applications/NoMachine.app/Contents/Frameworks/etc/server.cfg.tmp

    NX> 500 ERROR: Operation not permitted.

    Also, this morning, I managed to connect remotely somehow, but it suddenly froze and am now getting the same message as in my previous post. It looks like its working for a limited amount of time.

    Any help would be great.
