    Have you actually tried? It’s happening on two separate Windows 10 computers of mine. I haven’t removed anything extra, or done anything wrong. I’ve done exactly as instructed.

    Try it for yourself, then connect to that computer. You will still see the balloon notification still pop up on connection and disconnection. This issue goes back 5+ years as I see in the forums, so I’m not the only one.
