Windows 11 Installer “Cannot retrieve Administrator group name.”

During installation on the Windows 11 24H2, I’m getting an error message as “Cannot retrieve Administrator group name.” ( See the attached picture). After restarting Windows, I tried  to start the NoMachine server, and it created an error log as an attached file. (and also shown below)
