Hello, I currently have NX setup on a Debian 4.9.88 server. I can connect to NX just fine and make it to the login screen, but when I type my username and password it takes a moment then returns to the login screen. I have double checked my login credentials, I am able to login locally, and the account is authorized in NX. Any ideas what is going on here?
Please tell us:
1) version of NoMachine installed on the server and client
2) NoMachine product installed on the server and client
3) were you able to connect without problems to this NoMachine server in the past or is this the first time you’re connecting to the Debian 4.9 host?
We tested on Debian 4.0 and we are able to connect without any issues.
