No service status screen on Android or Ipad

I’ve installed NoMachine on both an Android tablet and an Ipad. In both cases no service status screen is displayed. I’ve read the instructions, also did not set the “do not display this again” on the welcome screen. The welcome screen does not display the usual status, that is the needed external IP and port.  It shows the initial screen with the arrows pointing to the boxes then goes directly to the search for hosts screen. So may I ask why this is? There seems no way to expressly show the status screen, a shortfall I think!

Hi. You will find that welcome screen on the server where you want to connect. The Android app, which is a client, doesn’t need to show it.

So if I read you correctly, the Android app is a client only? I can not remote into the android from my laptop?
