Hi, to be able to help (I understand that you are using version 4 on both client and server sides) we need you to send us the complete set of logs from client and server.

From what you have written it’s not clear if your laptop is the machine you are connecting from or to. If the logs are too big to attach below, any attachments can be sent to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
