Unable to create new session under OSX 10.10

Hello,

this seems to be a unique problem with my laptop running OSX 10.10 but I haven’t been able to pinpont the problem. If I create a new session one should get to the screen where one can set the screen type, fullscreen, scaled … , but my laptop just flashes that screen and goes back to the session start. If I try it again it just dies. The session file shows:

22621 22884 18:17:35 121.449 ProxyChannel/ProxyChannel: ERROR! Failure reading from IN#0 OUT#1.
22621 22884 18:17:35 122.067 ProxySession/ProxySession: ERROR! Connection with the remote peer broken.
Error: Connection with the remote peer broken.
Error: Error is 5, ‘Input/output error’.

Any ideas ? Using version 4 on the server.

Hi, to be able to help (I understand that you are using version 4 on both client and server sides) we need you to send us the complete set of logs from client and server.

Please follow the instructions here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677. Also, please clarify what OS you have on the client/server side and it’s version. From what you have written it’s not clear if your laptop is the machine you are connecting from or to. If the logs are too big to attach below, any attachments can be sent to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
