    Hello,

    I’m connecting from Windows 7 machine to Ubuntu 16.04.

    Arrow keys do not work.

    / work as insert

    NoMachine enterprise client 7.7.4
    xprop -root | grep XKB returns nothing

    xprop -root | grep XKB returns nothing: I think that is the source of the problem. I suggest you search for the reason the keyboard is not correctly set up on the Ubuntu machine.
