Hello,  I am doing a trial of NoMachine Enterprise for Linux (Ubuntu 18.04, LXDE), using NoMachine Enterprise Desktop Evaluation – Version 6.7.6 and it is going really well except for one issue.

My friend connects from their iPhone X (using the NoMachine app in app store) while I am connected via my Mac to a Linux instance on AWS running NoMachine Enterprise.

Every now and then, my friend tells me they suddenly cannot hear anything when we’re watching a video. The solution so far is that I stop playing the video, and press play again (for example on YouTube), and they can hear again. Sometimes they will have no problems for over half an hour, or sometimes I’ll have to pause/play every 3 minutes. I experience no such issue on my Mac or Android when I tried it out.

Any clue what I can look for to debug this a bit further? No clue where to start.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Does this problem also appear when iPhone X is the only client of the Server? Do you use, with iPhone, any additional Bluetooth devices to playback audio like speaker/headphones?

Thanks for replying. We do not use bluetooth devices with iPhone, and have gone as far as to turn bluetooth completely off while connected to see if it had any difference, and it did not (though we only tried for a few minutes).

We have not tried having the iPhone being the only client. I’ll try that and respond back the results when I can.
