    Hi there,

My ubuntu cannot be reached by NoMachine this mornning(+8 timezone), but it’s ok several hours before that(I slept 6 hours).

And I found that my ubuntu had run out of disk space, so I cleaned up it , and after that there’re lots of space available.

But my ubuntu still cannot be reached by NoMachine, I’ve searched a lot by google and in this forum, it’s still not be resolved.

I’ve no idea now, so I have to submit this topic for help.

    Here’re the logs:

    Hi john,

Can you please let us know if you are using NX passwords DB intentionally ?

If passwords DB is enabled, users are authorised against our own passwords db instead of system passwords.

So if you indeed want to use NX passwords DB, please check if the file passwords.db is not corrupted or empty (you can find that file in /usr/NX/etc ).

    Best regards

    Hi Bilbotine,

Thanks for your reply, it’s helped me a lot. Maybe there’s something wrong with the passwords.db, but I do not know the reason. I uninstalled the NX and deleted all its installed files, and then did a fresh installation, after that it’s ok now.
