Good to all I tell you my problem, I have installed NoMachine on my pc, the installation has been correct, the problem comes later when I start the server it seems that everything starts right, now I am about to open NoMachine client on my laptop to connect to the computer server put the address nx indicated on the server but when it comes to asking me for the user and the password I do not know what to put and that is why I get an authentication error because I have not entered any user or password in the server computer nowhere I have not found where to do that is my problem to see if someone can tell me how that is solved and where on the server computer I should put user and password because in the interface I have not seen anything where to place that data.
If I want to say that by looking a little through the forums I have seen that there is a file server.cfg I have opened it but I have not found anything that I can modify at a glance if the solution was there indicate me what data I should include in that file
    thanks to everyone

    Hi,

the username and password being requested by NoMachine is your usual system account credentials which you normally use when you want to log in to your desktop locally. For example, if you normally enter your Windows desktop with your account named “Dryros” and a password, you will need to use those credentials in the NoMachine dialog box.

See Step 2 and pictures 7 or 15 here: https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-nomachine
This is an essential step in order to be able to get access to the remote desktop. If you don’t know the account credentials on the computer you are accessing, you won’t be able to authenticate.
