How can we connect the USB peripherals of the PC (in particular the smart card reader) on the Linux session, from the support of PKCS # 11 on NoMachine and use it for authentication ?

Where is the smartcard located? If it’s already been added and it’s recognized, you should go to the connection menu and follow the steps in chapter 4 about Devices, and specifically for smartcard readers, https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00156#4.5.
