Black screen after connecting

I have an intel mac mini, 2018 running 15.7.3 that I can connect to with either [removed] or [removed] and it connects and shows the desktop fine. If I connect with NoMachine I get a black display…unless I connect first with another app. I have done a full uninstall and reinstall and same thing.

Is there something that I am missing?

Hi, we have a special debug package that we’d like you to try. If the black screen continues, we will need logs from the macOS server host. I will send his via email with further instructions.

Well, seems that this 2018 mac mini (got a sweet deal on)  when the Dell monitor goes to sleep it won’t wake up.

This seems to have worked.

sudo pmset -a displaysleep 0

sudo pmset -a sleep 0

sudo pmset -a disablesleep 1

If you try the package we sent you (remove your workaround first), do you still reproduce the black screen?

I will back out those changes and confirm the issue is back then install your debug pkg.

The package did not fix the issue. I  tried to email logs but they are 30mb. Do you have an ftp site?
