Black screen on Orange Pi 5

Hello for all,

I installed NoMachine server on my new Orangepi 5 with Ubuntu 22.04 Gnome desktop, all installed fine and running but the problem is when i try to access with my client Windows 11 with AMD rx580 Igot black screen and mouse pointing only, the connect happens but with no screen, I tried to solve with another topic suggestions but no luck, someone can help me? There’s some log information that I can get anywhere to post here for better help?

Hi, is that a headless device?

From a terminal stop gdm and run nxserver --restart. Then try to connect again.

I have the same issue.

Although I was able to stop gdm, when I attempted to run nxserver --restart, the command nxserver as not recognised as being valid.

Bluesmanuk, it could be a different issue. Confirm the distro and version and where you downloaded the NoMachine software from.
