Black screen problem

    I just installed the latest versions on Windows 10 (NoMachine 7.6.2) and iPhone 7 (NoMachine 6.1.9). The connection from iPhone to Windows was successful and I can move my cursor from my iPhone, but I cannot see my Windows screen. The screen has appeared for like 0.5 s and disappeared. It then turned totally black, only the cursor was moving, as shown in the screenshot of my phone. What should I do?

    The problem was solved by restarting my iPhone. Not sure what’s going on, but it’s normal now.
