Black screen when accessing Jetson Xavier NX

Hi,

I am trying to access the Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX as a headless server running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I have tried from both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04 clients, but both give me black screens with no errors or anything. However, if I plug in a monitor (even if the monitor is on standby) it seems to work fine. I have tried deactivating the lightdm etc (as was suggested in a different post), but the NoMachine display driver doesn’t seem to work and it closes as soon as I open the window.

I need to run it headless and would really appreciate any suggestions on a fix.

Did you try to use other Desktop environment then default (Tips for using NoMachine on NVIDIA Jetson Nano)?
