Black screen when using RDP to another machine from a NoMachine session

Hi

I’m using NoMachine to connect to another machine on my local network.

From that machine, I then sometimes need to connect to a number of remote machines, these are using a standard RDP connection which I can’t change.

The RDP session opens, but the screen is black in the NoMachine viewer.

Is there any way to resolve this?

This looks to be a protection mechanism by Windows? You could try working around it by changing the capture method in your server’s node.cfg file maybe?
