Cannot create home directory for usr

    I am trying to install ‘nomachine_5.2.11_1’ . At the end I see a error message ‘Cannot create home directory for usr’ .

    There are some errors in the log files.

    12000 8100 10:18:07 483.469 RetrieveObjectSid: ERROR! Can’t obtain sid based on username.

    12000 8100 10:18:07 483.469 RetrieveObjectSid: Error is 1332, ‘No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

    I have attached few log files.

    My guesses – I am using a microsoft account xyz@hotmail.com to login to my Windows 10 computer . And I think my logged in username is being used to obtain the sid and that fails.
