KeymasterCan you send us the install.log or update.log? Neither of these were in the log file you submitted. You can find them in ProgramData with the other log files, or if something went wrong with the installation you can find them here: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup Log…2019-06….txt.
Thanks.June 25, 2019 at 07:56 #22763oussama abd

ParticipantHello oussama abd
The problem happens during creating a profile of nx user – during the first login. The system error:
‘NtRights: ERROR! User login failed. Error is 1385.’
During installation preexistence of user nx wasn’t detected.
Also he doesn’t belong to domain/Active Directory.1. Do you have set up any restriction related to creating and login as
a new user?2. Have you changed anything in Group Policy?
3. Do you have enabled network logon?
4. Are you able to create and login as a new user by standard Windows
interface? If not it can be caused by a corrupted default profile.5. Do you use domain/Active Directory/LDAP users profiles?

ParticipantHi Support,
I solved it by reinstall Windows 10 + format, but please see my reply below:
1. Do you have set up any restriction related to creating and login as
a new user?It was not working before i put password to the admin. and i tried to put password to check if it will be solved
2. Have you changed anything in Group Policy?
No I didn’t change anything
3. Do you have enabled network logon?
What do you mean ?
4. Are you able to create and login as a new user by standard Windows
interface? If not it can be caused by a corrupted default profile.Didn’t get this also.
5. Do you use domain/Active Directory/LDAP users profiles?
No
Please let me know the reasons that can cause this problem to avoid it in the next time, because i can reinstall windows each time.

ParticipantHello,
Most possible is that you had corrupted default user profile (point 4). When you have this issue you can create a new user
account but you can’t log in: -
