Can’t log into remote Mac

WAN IP hasn’t changed.  LAN IP hasn’t changed.  Tried disabling firewall, n/c.

see attached.  It seems to connect, but I don’t get to sign in.

Remote Mac is mini M1 on Ventura.

The only other thing I can think of perhaps the PF got screwed by Xfinity.

Will call them to get user/pass.  Unless NoMa has another idea.

Got in with [remote], but I’d rather not.

What do you mean “it seems to connect”. Can you show us a screenshot of what you are seeing when you start the connection? What is shown instead of the login screen?

Just that attachment which I guess is rather historical than current?

I’m thinking, as I said, that Xfinity had a reset and the pfs were lost.

Working on that idea now with their “customer support”
