    @norbert

    we could not reproduce this issue with our environment, so we need to know if you have any customized settings in your environment or are using the standard one?

    Please send us these files:
    /etc/pam.d/su
    /etc/pam.d/nx
    /etc/pam.d/centrifydc
    /etc/pam.d/centrifypam

    Have you perhaps made some changes in the default Centrify configuration?

    I sent those files over to the forums mail address. The only changes we’ve made are allowing a few domain groups to sudo and giving a few domain groups admin access.

    Hello norbert

    We used your pam config files but we could not reproduce the issue.
    So please can you send us Centrifydc config file and
    pam_centrifydc.so module?

    Please look at the following link:
    http://community.centrify.com/t5/Centrify-Express/Centrify-Express-Smart-Card-on-El-Capitan/td-p/22143

    It explains that you first should update Centrify and then OS.
    Did you update everything as suggested in this article?

    Also, here we have a newer version 5.3, whereas you have (5.2.4).
    Updating to the recent release of Centrify might be an option for you?
