Client System Crashes and Reboots

Hi I’m using NoMachine from a Windows 10 client to connect to another Windows 10 machine. When the client is connected to the server, after some time (it isn’t consistent, sometimes an hour, sometimes 5 minutes) the client system completely crashes. Screens go black, and the system completely reboots. There aren’t any error or warning messages, and the Event Viewer only mentions that the system unexpectedly shut down.  This only happens when NoMachine is running as a client.

We didn’t find anything helpful for the investigation in the logs.

But we would like to try something: can you remove NoMachineUSB drivers, following the procedure explained it this article: https://www.nomachine.com/AR12O00955
