I have been use to connecting to an existing remote desktop session, but recently was given the option (new NoMachine version?) to open a new screen on the remote host.  At the time I did not realize the consequence of taking this option.  The connection completed with a new blank desktop, not the existing one currently running on the remote host.  This is not what I wanted.  I want to see the same screen as if I was actually sitting in front of the desktop display.  I have looked over ALL settings and cannot find where I can undo this behavior as it seems to be permanent now.  How can I undo this?

Are you sure you are not connecting to a Linux host (you opened the topic for Windows)? If that’s the case, can you tell us what is installed on that Linux host – NoMachine product and version, Linux distro and version?
