    The connection has been always working, and it was working yesterday as well but suddenly it no longer work anymore.

    The connection is from Windows 10 to Linux Mint 19.1, and the server status says its Running, the port is set to 4000.

    Here’s the log I saw

    Since the connection was suddenly not working and there’s no any upgrade with the firewall at that time.

    You said it was working until the other day. Could something have changed on the server side? E.g could the IP address have changed?

    HI Britgirl thank you for your reply.
    It was working in the morning & early afternoon and suddenly stopped working.
    Currently I am using another tool to connect to the remote Linux system.
    Since I have access so I am able to verify the IP address on the server side.
    Everything looks the same.

    The remote server also have 4000 running fine

    It was working in the morning & early afternoon and suddenly stopped working.

    Please update to the latest version and if the issue reoccurs, submit the logs from the NoMachine server side. Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
