Good morning,
After recently having updated my virtually hosted Mac (hosted on HostMyApple) to macOS 13 Ventura, my NoMachine fails to connect to my Mac. I’m trying to connect on a Windows 10 desktop running NoMachine version 8.8.1. The Server Settings show that the server is up and running. The Mac is running NoMachine version 7.6.2.
The error I’m getting is:
A connection timeout has occurred while trying to connect to ‘{IP}’ on port ‘4000’. The issue could either be caused by a networking problem, by a firewall or NAT blocking incoming traffic or by a wrong server address. Please verify your configuration and try again.
Seeing how just yesterday my connection was working fine, I assume that all of the configuration is correct. I did however have to clean up my Mac device for more storage for the update. Could the drive being (almost) full have any impact on connecting to my device? My colleague has also set up a NoMachine instance to attempt to connect to the Mac from his PC, with no success.
I’ve included the logs inside of the attachments
