Connection timed out problem

    Hi,
    I installed free NoMachine_4.2.27_1 in RHEL 6.5 as the server and in Windows 7 as the client. I have set up port 4000 in the Linux firewall for NoMachine server and it works (test with telnet server_ip 4000). However, when I connecting to the server, it shows:

    The connection with the server was lost.

    Error is 138: Connection timed out.

    Does anyone have the same problem before?

    Logs would be useful, please follow the instructions here on how to enable and extract them (https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677).

    You can send them to issues[at]nomachine[dot]com. Make sure you reference your topic title.
