Connection timeout over the Internet

I’ve went over multiple threads already regarding connection timeout when connecting over the internet. Everything works as expected when connecting on the same network.

Connecting from Windows 10 to Ubuntu 16.04 which is located at my home so I have full control of the network and can modify as required.

I made sure I was using my public IP and noted down the port (20120) at the end. Using NX protocol with Password authorization.
