Context menu going outside window in Custom session

I am using custom session with floating window. This allows me to only use the application window I need and avoids showing the taskbar etc on the client. I have an issue where popups and context menus go outside the window and get cropped. How can I prevent this?

I would expect resize remote display to fix this issue, but I am not able to select that. When I click on resize remote desktop, it just snaps to the previous one.
This is not a problem I have in virtual desktop.

Any help is appreciated.

We aren’t aware of similar problems.

Please tell us:

1) Linux distro running on the server
2) desktop environment you are connecting to
3) OS version on the client side
4) name of the application you are using
